The intermediate program is ideal for someone who has been lifting weights consistently for over a year and is ready to increase the intensity!
The intermediate program is a 4-day split of 1 upper body, 1 lower body and 2 total body workouts. All muscle groups are challenged!

The advanced program is high-volume and designed to push you out of your comfort zone and take you to the next level in your training π₯
For the more experienced lifter, this program is a 4 day split that is geared towards movement patterns (squat/push, pull/hinge) with an optional 5th day.

Tianaβs strongHER program reminded me that I love to build muscle. Her thoughtfully curated structure makes it easy to show up for yourself every day. You can tell this program was designed by a very seasoned professional, and brought me back to the basics. The instructional video links (which are all her own demos) made it easy to follow along!! I started the StrongHERin12 program back in the spring when I was getting a bit bored and looking for a new program to try. The program is amazing and challenging - a combination of progressive overload strength training with a HIIT day each week I could follow from home.
Besides all of this, thereβs also nutritional guidance (I always need to get more protein) and a cycle syncing guide included which was a new concept for me. If youβre looking for an easy to follow, supportive program that you can do from anywhere and will challenge you, this is it!

I purchased the StrongHER program because I was sick of feeling down on myself.
After just one month of this program, I felt stronger, I noticed a decrease of inflammation in my body, and I felt generally happier. I also noticed a teensy bit of muscle definition which got me real excited to continue on the path I'm on and go all in.
If you want a simple but effective program, I would recommend this one. It might seem repetitive but I've learned that this is what is needed to build strength and muscle! Trust the process!
