I purchased the StrongHER program because I was sick of feeling down on myself.

After just one month of this program, I felt stronger, I noticed a decrease of inflammation in my body, and I felt happier. I also noticed a teensy bit of muscle definition which got me real excited to continue on the path I'm on and go all in.
