StrongHER Level 1 is THE program to help you lose body fat and gain lean muscle.
This program was designed for the woman who’s ready to challenge herself and move like she’s never moved before.
StrongHER - Level 1 focuses on strength training, muscle endurance and hypertrophy that requires 4 sessions per week, with an optional 5th day of conditioning.
As a total body program, the program is 12 weeks, consisting of two 6 six weeks phases.
The program is total body and designed so that you progress over each 6-week cycle.
The entire program can be done from home or the gym.
Equipment needed: Dumbbells, Skipping Rope, Resistance bands.
