StrongHER - level 2 is THE program to help you lose body fat and gain lean muscle.
This program is designed for the woman who’s ready to take her lifting to the next level and challenge herself like never before.
StrongHER - Level 2 focuses on strength training, muscle endurance and hypertrophy while working at a higher volume that requires 4 sessions per week, with an optional 5th day of conditioning.
As a total body program, the program is 12 weeks, consisting of two 6 six weeks phases.
The program is total body and designed so that you progress over each 6-week cycle.
The entire program can be done from home or the gym.
Equipment needed: Dumbbells, Skipping Rope, Resistance bands, Booty Bands.
