This program was designed for the woman who’s ready to challenge herself and move like she’s never moved before.
StrongHERin12 - Intermediate focuses on strength training muscle endurance and hypertrophy that requires 4 sessions per week.
As a total body program, it is set up in two phases of 6 six weeks each, with two, 3-week cycles of each. The program is total body and designed so that you progress over each 3-week cycle. The program is 12 weeks in total.
The entire program can be done from home, no gym is required.
Equipment needed: Dumbbells, Skipping Rope, Resistance bands.
